Shipping policy

Please allow up to four weeks for orders to be shipped as we operate on a made-to-order basis. "Ready to Ship," or RTS, items will be dispatched within 2-3 days. Shipping times are based on the service you select at checkout.

Please understand that during peak seasons and holidays, wait times might be longer and will be specified in the banner heading on the website indicating the estimated wait time. 

Orders will be shipped via the shipping service selected by you at checkout. No changes can be made to the shipping service entered and paid for by customer after purchasing (ie adding express shipping after placing your order). 

Tracking information will be included with all orders and will be updated as soon as shipped and scanned by the postal service selected. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen mail parcels once the order has been shipped, but we will work with you to help ensure you receive your items.
